Return Policy
We will accept returns of all unopened cartons within thirty (30) days of original purchase date. If opened please contact us and we will gladly accommodate. Returns may be subject to a minimal manufacturer's re-stocking fee, although rare. Please inquire within to confirm. A RMA# will be provided along with the address to return the product to. Freight arrangements and costs will be the responsibility of the returning party. Defective merchandise will be replaced upon discovery of defects, even after sixty (60) days, however, returns for credit after sixty (60) days will be subject to testing of the returned merchandise.
Mailing Software
Some manufacturers offer unconditional 30 day return of product where others refuse to credit for returned product citing their software does exactly what it was advertised to do. Make certain to review the product return policy prior to purchase. Some offer free trials while others provide demo software. The products contained herein each carry the warranty of their manufacturer or provider, and we neither make nor imply any warranty beyond that. We will, however, assist you to the maximum extent possible to make certain that our suppliers honor their commitments. For clarification of warranty information please contact us.
Please contact us at info@mailingsupplies.com or (800) 471-8500 before returning any merchandise so that a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) may be issued to reference on the package(s).
A credit memo will be issued once returned items are received in our warehouse, verified, and, if applicable, tested for defects.

Shipping Policy
All in stock orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST will be processed and shipped the same day. Any customers with a product on backorder will be contacted immediately with an estimated date of arrival, or will have the option of terminating the order immediately.
Standard shipment is UPS ground for smaller orders and vendor selected carriers on skid lots. If you have a specific UPS shipping #/account or would like to utilize other carriers please contact us at info@mailingsupplies.com or call (800) 471-8500.
